      Pros

      Very flexible with job movement/transfers. Fair pay. Good PTO/Sick leave options. Promotes teamwork in ways I haven't seen in previous jobs.

      Cons

      Can care about image and paperwork more than time with patients sometimes. Worried about covering themselves instead of hiring more people or staffing more.

      Great Benefits, competitive pay, great teammates, and excellent mission! MultiCare is very committed to promoting employees from within the organization.

      Cons

      As with any large employer, it can be challenging to navigate through some of the bureaucratic layers. I also find it disappointing to see the negative reviews on this site and attribute it to employees or former employees who are not accustomed to being held accountable. People will always write a review when "dissatisfied"...
