The providers are the best providers I've ever worked with!

Cons

Never a stabled schedule. Always low staff. No back up coverage. If your truly sick, management isn't happy because they have no sympathy. They push you to make collections from patients. Management is terrible. High turn over rate in all different types of postions.

In a small office, regardless of the industry, the whole team suffers when there is an unscheduled absence. Even so, we understand that people do get sick. That is one of the reasons we offer a generous Paid Time Off program for our employees.

We’re sorry the call center wasn’t your ideal work environment. By their nature, call centers are very structured and metrics-driven. But, for those who enjoy working on the phone, they can be a great choice. Many of our call center employees enjoy the opportunity to work from home once they’ve completed training and consistently met performance expectations.

Good coworkers. Most supervisors and managers are down to earth, remember working in the trenches, and are easy to talk to. Easier HR process than providence by far.

Cons

Poorly designed ER. No tube system so over frequent trips off unit. Easily overrun with patients when other downtown hospital diverts (Deaconess virtually never diverts even when it should).
