      Rather than leaving, we hope you’ll look at other positions that will give you enough hours. If you’re an RN, the System Float Pool is a great choice. You can work a 0.9 FTE and earn a substantial premium over our regular base rate. If you’re not an RN, you may want to consider combining several on-call positions.
