      Cons

      Culture of financial focus continues to distract from achieving top end results in Quality and Patient Experience. Innovation follows copy-cat approach. Talent is largely limited to local pool of candidates.

      -Great culture among coworkers. -Doctors work collaboratively with nurses. -Unit leaders and hospital administrators work to support the direct caregivers, and they care about our success. -Management tends to listen and give the impression that they respect us.

      Upper leadership often make penny wise and pound foolish decisions that lead to transient pet projects. This causes unnecessary harm to productivity and moral.
