Hope that it doesn’t take over your hospital

Pros

Currently, they Multicare in Yakima has made everything worse and we just found out differential pay for weekends and lead is getting worse. So really it’s just been all negative since they took over Yakima valley memorial hospital, but they came in telling us all these positive things yet we haven’t seen any of it. Many of us are very frustrated and unhappy with how they have been treating us. I wouldn’t recommend taking a job here unless significant changes are made for the better.

Cons

So far it’s been a terrible company to work for since they have made all the benefits worse, slowly one thing at a time. It’s making a lot of people start looking for new jobs from what I’ve heard and if they keep doing these things I’m sure they’re going to be even more short staffed than they are since they aren’t willing to invest in their own employees.
