      MultiCare is a wonderful place to work. Career advancement (promoting from within), educational opportunities and leadership development are a few of the opportunities that they offer staff.

      Cons

      Compensation is lower than local organizations but benefits such as PTO, EIT and insurance are better than similar organizations.

      They are very caring and friendly.they offer benefits which many home care agencies don't . the scheduling is flexible to meet your needs. They also have direct deposit.

      They sometimes don't have enough hours for their employees to work
