      They are very caring and friendly.they offer benefits which many home care agencies don't . the scheduling is flexible to meet your needs. They also have direct deposit.

      MultiCare was nice while it lasted, after leaving though happy to be separated.

      Pros

      Patient Care focused, Expanding to provide more care. Direction of the company is very patient focused, "give them the pickle".

      Cons

      Policy regarding PTO and EIT was not created to deal with EIT abusers but as an easy fix which takes away the ability to save vacation time if your position has high ratio of low censusing. HR is there to protect the company not the employees.
