      Highly progressive integrated health system, very professional environment Non-management employees have clearcut responsibilities & tasks

      Health care is Epic (EMR/EHR) centered, more than patient centered So large in terms of numbers of employees that few know what any one else (or any other departments) are doing, creating redundancy & waste Highest levels of leadership (above middle management) are very disconnected from actual employees, & they seem to be more concerned about protecting each others' titles/salaries than anything else
