      Pros

      leadership support for nursing research and education with some tuition reimbursement. Great pay and benefits. Many great, caring and supportive people, but it varies greatly by department. Completely converted to EHR

      Cons

      Some departments have a pervasive negative attitude ,and nonexistant teamwork, if you are observant you will be able to see it when you interview, if you see it explore options with other departments because this is the exception, not the rule. Nursing is stressful overall, which is a con, but not specific to multicare.
