      The people I work with.

      Cons

      Management has gotten too heavy & too far away from the bedside. The amount of charting that is required and our caseloads also keeps increasing. Emphases on pt satisfaction also keeps increasing. I use to feel like I was a valued employee. Now I feel like a number.

      Pros

      Big growing company. Can move around within the company. Opportunities for advancement. Interesting work with varied responsibilities. Many locations in South Puget Sound area.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits are not equal to largest competitor in the area. My clinic does not have enough available on-call workers for staff replacement when people are sick..so there are days of being very overworked when coworkers call in sick.
