      I've been with MultiCare for 12 years, and like it better every year! Award winning health care for Puget Sound!

      Can't think of any...lots of opportunity to serve our community! In top 2% in USA for electronic medical record!

      Good benefits. Good pay. Good learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Lots of layers of politics. My department not valued throughout the company. Not a lot of career opportunities for non-medical staff.

      The pay and benefits were good.

      Cons

      Management relies more on political connections than actual ability. The company has a "full speed ahead" mentality that means constantly moving forward building new facilities and acquiring existing ones while never fully utilizing existing ones. The culture is toxic and the company has zero loyalty to its employees.
