      Pros

      I loved my co-workers. The people make it a great place to work. The benefits package is pretty decent as far as health insurance and vacation/PTO time.

      Cons

      MultiCare seems to care more about expanding than they do about maintaining the business they already have. How can they justify laying off hundreds of people while continuing to hire so many other people to staff new locations?

      Opportunity for growth; gainsharing; good caring people. Good patient care; growing business; located everywhere so you can work close to home.

      Cons

      Top heavy; layers of management that is unncessary; decisions are not easily attained; once black-listed....thats it....you may as well find a new place ot work.
