Fair pay/union. Good work load balance. Good staff. Benefits are OK.

Cons

Most providers are newly graduated ARNPs, who lack experience, professionalism, bedside etiquette and compassion. I'm also a patient at MC and so far had not very good impressions of my docs and their staff. They couldn't care less who I'm and why I'm there. Shout out to COVINGTON Fp.
