Not fond of the social health care approach to leadership. Leadership is very hands off yet the mission statment says the opposite. Leadership is not handling the Pandemic very well financially and it is impacting the employees moral and finances.

Horrible work life balance due to lack of structure and indecisive leadership at all levels. Upper Management and executives are more concerned about saving face with each other than holding each other accountable, so all the tough decisions and conversations are cascaded to the people who have to do the work.
