Pay could be better. Some techs are rude.

Check out LinkedIn. Notice how many NP and PA openings Multicare has for their Indigo Urgent Cares. There is ridiculously high turn over and little to no retention at this point. If you want to be told to see 4-6+ patients an hour, leave a half hour to hour later than you’re supposed to daily without being compensated for this, never take an actual break, get told to give patients whatever they want in the spirit of “customer service,” suffer a contentious relationship between middle management and frontline workers, then you might consider working here. If you want to enjoy your time at work, look elsewhere.
