      It's a job, pay is decent

      Cons

      Management is awful, and the way they micromanage is ridulous. You can be the most Amazing employee but one small metric number will end you up without a job

      Pros

      First and foremost was offered a satisfactory wage. A positive mind set to improve where possible. Willingness to hear concerns, and work as a team for continual improvement. Upgrading and improving equipment. Compassion for personal issues.

      Cons

      Epic not utilized fully. Not paperless, still a tremendous amount of paperwork and scanning of redundant information. Not allowed to change montages, so what you’ve looked at for years can appear convoluted. Some computers are not situated in groups of twos, but threes which can be difficult looking at two patients at once.
