Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at MultiCare are the pay and the flexibility with your schedule.

Cons

The downside of working for MultiCare mainly retail health or Indigo is the outright discrimination and bullying that goes on within the company. The managers do and will pick favorites and will let the favorites do things and then claim there is no business needs for the ones that aren’t the favorites it’s actually quite sad and I’ve seen a lot of amazing healthcare workers get screwed over.

Lots of support from managers and peers. Tons of collaboration. Kind and respectful people. They are paying for my masters degree.

Cons

The pay is trash and there is little negotiation when it comes to pay. I applied for another internal position and it was treated like a lateral move with no opportunity for salary negotiation.

None. I honestly cannot think of anything positive that came from my time with Multicare.

Cons

Misrepresented position when hired, job I was hired to do I wasn't adequately trained for. Managers micro supervising people depending on how they feel about them. Training needs a huge improvement. No one who trained me had any clue how to train me or even that they were training someone until I contacted them as directed by the manager. When I asked about production expectations, I was just told I needed to "do my work". I couldn't get accurate production expectations, then that was used as a reason to dismiss me prior to my 90 days. The whole credit and cash teams are disorganized and poorly trained. It's a mess.
