Retirement is terrible. Multicare does not give you your contributions monthly so that you can earn interest throughout the year. Rather, you are required to work through 12/31 of the year and even then the money isn't contributed into your account until April/May so as an employee your money is held for 14 months by the company. Healthcare is expensive also and employees do not receive any considerable employee discounts when it comes to their own healthcare or that of their families.

They pay and you don’t get paid for holidays.
