Top-to-bottom the culture at Multicare is to identify problems, point fingers at everybody because everybody else is the cause, all the while nobody will attempt to work on solutions let alone even try to come up with them. Not a big deal except as things continue to fall apart, people continue to blame everybody else. You have medical staff striking, multiple physicians walking out mid-shift, no employee development, little room for advancement, pay that is being dwarfed by other companies in the area, and this is all resulting in stratospheric levels of turnover.
