Too much emphasis on expansion instead of doing better by employees and perfecting what you already have.

No job is perfect of course. It all comes down to making a profit. Too much micromanagement. They are way too concerned with press ganey scores and don't care whether or not provider is doing an amazing job. If you get the bad luck of getting a low score, that will reflection you being a poor provider and can hunt you forever.
