Pros

People are Friendly, management treats you like a human being, If you want to grow in your career they will totally support you. free doughnuts on Thursday.

Cons

Scheduling issues lead to problems in work flow. This in turn causes things to be more hectic than they would otherwise be. Reluctance to address poor performance among some employees. This leads to issues where other employees are constantly fixing things caused by a small group of people.

Good place to get some experience.

Cons

High turnover at all levels. No real training. Quality department can be difficult to work if you go to the wrong inspector. Benefits leave much to be desired.
