Has its problems, But is a good and friendly place to work

Pros

People are Friendly, management treats you like a human being, If you want to grow in your career they will totally support you. free doughnuts on Thursday.

Cons

Scheduling issues lead to problems in work flow. This in turn causes things to be more hectic than they would otherwise be. Reluctance to address poor performance among some employees. This leads to issues where other employees are constantly fixing things caused by a small group of people.

The machining manager is cool and the people are good to worth with. Not much drama.

Administration and Corporate suits trying adding pointless work to the job.
