Business Outlook
Pros
The office staff are lovely and friendly. Lunch is partially paid for. Top of the market IT equipment. 2 days a week working from home. Handled Covid-19 really well, felt very safe.
Cons
Old man’s club. Too many upper management positions created to keep people but nowhere to progress if you aren’t in the inner circle of sales/management. Incompetence at every level with unwillingness to change even when the problems are clear. No process or procedure followed, but finger pointing when things go wrong. Timescales ignored. Mother company gets in the way more than it helps.
