Pay was decent. Cared about company loyalty. Promoted from within before hiring new candidates.

Cons

A lot of drama. Employees acted unprofessional and overly sexual, nothing was ever done about it. People who complained were fired or eventually left. Policies constantly ignored, causing chaos in all departments. Procedures were the worst I've ever seen. Saftey and quality seemed to be last priority.

Poor management and leadership with lots of false promises and dangling of a carrot with career progression, but the management doesn't listen to the employees and thinks it is a personal attack on them, which shows how insecure and threatened they feel by their workers. Unless you agree to everything that a manager says you end up being used as the person to blame as they WILL NOT HOLD THEMSELVES ACCOUNTABLE for anything. Very spineless work moral - poor encouragement of bad behavior disregard of their own virtues
