Pros

Company car, fuel card, credit card, phone, laptop. Building relationships globally and nationally. Self management for State Managers and technicians. Direct relationships with customers.

Cons

The company expect a type of ownership of you, due the phone, car, etc. A constant turn over off staff. Management lack clarity and direction, mainly due to a lack of knowledge of the equipment and a complete disconnection with customers. Any training provided doesn't comply with any state, national or global standards. Basic training provided is simplistic, its a re-confirmation of how disconnected management is. Part availability is almost obsolete.

Great team apart form some whose been in the company for a long time. They are very complacent with the work load.

Cons

HR very unprofessional. Hiring and firing done by only one person. Lack on emotional intelligence. No proper work ethics.

There seems to be not real guidance. Employees that do a good job are used as work horses and those that under perform are rewarded.
