Extremely corporate feeling. Nothing can be done without going through 4 people first & everything is heavily run through and monitored by the main branch in Germany. Hard work doesn't always get acknowledged & you really have to argue for anything more than a cost of living payrise. Management also sometimes feels incompetent and non-supportive of their staff

Warehouse management is useless. They say its an open door policy when the team goes to the chain of command managers for concerns but there seems to be no improvement for the managers have deaf ears. They do not manage or care about their employees and are pushovers for a manager. I am considering on keeping my options open during this time
