Nice place to work, but don't think in career

Excellent benefit package. 20 days vacation/yr. Major costs medical insurance. Worldwide company

Cons

Management is struggling to get in shape, it has had a lot of people movement in the major and medium levels (four managers, a CEO change in two years). The new management whant to improve sales rating whatever-it-takes so there's a lot of pressure on sales team and support.
