There is nothing to share the pros only cons here.
Cons
1. You will get work permit but you will not have any offer letter 2. After 2 to 3 months you will get offer letter in which it would be mentioned that company will pay 7k/month for 6 months, in that offer letter you will not get any clue regarding salary how much you are gonna have after 6 months. 3.When you will ask them about salary that why it is not mentioned there even a range like 2-4lakh/anum or 3-4lakh/anum, they say we will see after 6 months regarding your salary. 4. I have worked there for four months some how managed to know how much my seniors getting after 6 months, the salary would be 12k/month 5. No work culture, nothing to learn there, no creativity nothing at all there. 6. I would suggest not go there, it's a worst company, rather go somewhere else but not here 7. HR and Manager behavior is so worst that I can't explain it.

Good to learn and grow, you get ake of time to work on live projects also the managers are good, basic things is that you have to learn the habit of self learning.
Cons
You don't find any good atmosphere as u would find in another big company.
