      They reward high performers and give employees more responsibility with additional benefits if they who perform well. The culture of the company is great, relaxed and professional. Mentors give their guidance when needed and allows you to grow professionally.

      Pros

      Very strong emphasis on Processes. They provide lot of opportunities to learn different aspects of IT industry. Overall a very good company to start work with .They respect the associate level employees skill set and use it as an asset to grow in different verticals. I was so excited to be offered a job at Multivision. Wages are fair, good coworkers and management people are really supportive.

      Nothing as such. Everything is good.

      Pros

      This is the company to start your career. You can learn lot of things inside and develop your skills. Being at Multivision is a good experience and we get introduced with lot of good technological people who support us for our growth in IT Industry. Compensation is good and work environment is very good.

      Cons

      Initially I was asked to get trained in multiple technologies which I was not comfortable but later realized the importance of it and I got placed with a client now for a long term client project.
