Pros

Good people to work with in the office. Willing to let you try new things and encourages the employees. It's a been a great place for me to learn more, expand what I've been doing, gain responsibility, and work with several great people. The culture of the company is great: relaxed and professional. The senior guys are always happy to help, mentor, and advise.

Pros

Learning opportunities are more and it’s a good company overall. Management is helpful and has good culture. I feel like this company will do great continuously, because the management are clearly passionate about what they do and are always looking for ways they can improve, which is a very good thing.

They are growing with an exceptional President, COO and executive leadership. They respect the associate level employees skill set and use it as an asset to grow in different verticals. They hire extremely smart, experienced, young professionals who are driven to excel in their respective fields. Lots of growing opportunities, I was so excited to be offered the position. Wages are fair, enjoy coworkers, wonderful management and good benefits
