      Pros

      I have been working with them for about 5+ years now. Pros are unlimited but to name a few Responsive and understanding staff across all departments. I came on an H1 Visa and now I am in the process of obtaining my Green card. They have excellent reputation with USCIS and DOL Immigration process is very smooth with this company They reimburse you for technical certifications which you take Good salary and benefits package You can connect with Senior Management people very easily Although I am at their client location, they check upon me very often to make sure I am comfortable with everything.

      Cons

      I could not find any cons or negativities in this company. I believe this is a place where I would settle down.

      Pros

      Excellent training. After you get your first contract you vastly overestimate other people's training from other companies. This is a good company to start at although no one in there right mind would stay longer than their contract.

      Cons

      Two year contract you can't break. Management can be very manipulative and will lie. Salary is smaller than you should be making.

      Pros

      They gave the salary that's right and did not bargain like some other companies. The recruiter I worked with was outstanding. He not only pursued a position I requested but provided other options that were related to my skills and experience.

      I didn't experience any negatives with the company
