Good work/life balance. Nice colleage and manager. Good for entry level power electronics engineer.

Great working atomosphere. Work-life can be well balanced. At least for Shanghai site. Colleages and managers are nice to work with, they are patient enough for the imrpovement of emplyees. Thus it would be a good place to start the power electronics engineer career.

Cons

The payment and benefit are in the average level within same industry.
