Leadership and moral has gone down due to poor management

Pros

You get to travel with per-diem. You have your own car and hotel.

Cons

There's more gaslighting and manipulation in upper management as time progresses. Even during my departure, some management would continue to gaslight me when I was trying to shake hands and say farewell professionally.
