Colleagues made it bearable to work. Shift hours was okay. Workload as an AE is bearable

Cons

Supervisors are unhelpful. Biasedness can be seen. Favourable to their own. Micromanaging leaders. Too much workload but too little manpower. No chance in upgrading.
