ZERO! NOTHING GOOD TO SAY. Absolutely the worst group of owners I've ever worked for. Tyrants, is the beat way to describe them in my opinion.

Used to be some what decent

Cons

Work every holiday except for thanksgiving and Christmas, open til 5 on Saturday pay is lower than surrounding places. Upper management doesn’t care about the employees all technicians making over $25 an hour just got a pay decrease to $25 on almost all maintenance items.

You’d think a sales manager is going to make more.

Pros

Good products to sell. Other managers are good people.

Cons

The sales people are making more than the managers. We are expected to work 6 days a week on top of it. We work more hours, stay later, and get no reward in return. On top of that, dealing with the “Head” loan processor is a nightmare. And don’t get me started on the back office. Everybody here just needs to get off their high horse & learn to work together. It’s a battle between departments. ZERO work life balance. The CEO of the company expects us to be here and work all the time.
