The sales people are making more than the managers. We are expected to work 6 days a week on top of it. We work more hours, stay later, and get no reward in return. On top of that, dealing with the “Head” loan processor is a nightmare. And don’t get me started on the back office. Everybody here just needs to get off their high horse & learn to work together. It’s a battle between departments. ZERO work life balance. The CEO of the company expects us to be here and work all the time.
