Good salary and decent benefits

Cons

The company is toxic, gossipy and inbred. Only those in favor with the now retired GM could survive. The management proactively tried to smear employees instead of just terminating them.

There is very little positive feedback to give about MPW. This place is terrible!

Cons

Exceedingly poor management skills at the Director level. Poor work environment and communication from management is distorted by leadership egos.

Colorful Digital Environment, opportunity to work with diverse systems. Providing services to the community.

Cons

Teamwork and customer service live here in concept only - self-aggrandizement is the rule. Saying "yes" whether you can deliver or even know what you're agreeing to or the dollars attached. Zero accountability up top - it all flows downhill.
