This employer has decent pay, great health insurance (BCBS PPO $60 per pay period for families), great benefits, many paid holidays.

Cons

EXTREMELY stressful, very high turnover, poor management, frequent policy changes. Native preference (not necessarily a con - but difficult to get hired for non-Natives).
