There is a Learning Center that provides tools and education for safety, job skills, and sets goals (on a time frame) that can provide you the opportunity to grow personally and professionally within the company. There are great benefits for healthcare coverage, savings, time off, and education. There is a program that rewards and recognizes the good work that you do and for contributions as a team throughout the company. There is an onsite clinic available to all employees for basic medical care, immunizations, and referrals. Paid Holidays. Promotes a mantra of Servant Leadership that embodies an attitude of equality between employees and managers who serve and have a work ethic towards each other, and between departments.

Cons

Communication is sometimes lacking between departments when working towards a company goal. The summer climate in the warehouse.
