Company is very old-school. There is a an obvious click that if you don't fit in or fall out of good standing with you might as well commit yourself to staying in the same position the rest of your career there. They don't believe in taking care of anyone outside of the popular circle. You are constantly micromanaged and everyone is looking at where to point the finger.
