Management is mostly Sam Houston frat buddies Turnover is considerable, even pre-pandemic "Doing the right thing" is just a fluffy concept here- it's more like "I'll get mine and try to make you like it" If you don't kiss up to management, every single rule and regulation will be held over your head. If you DO kiss up to management... what are rules? Expectations change day to day and person to person Do not expect to get the tooling you need- and if they have it, expect it to be broken or half missing This company will do everything up front to make you feel like it could be a good place to be, but will suck the soul out of you if given enough time
