      Pros

      Mustang has a good benefit package and is very modernized. Considering only the branch I work at personally, there is a great group of people there. I have no problem with anyone there.

      Cons

      On the other hand, Mustang as an entire company sets individual branches up to run like separate companies considering each other as internal customers. Maybe they thought that competition would be motivating but the end result is a toxic environment with resentment and lack of trust between branches. So everyone ends up with a “CYA” mentality.
