We evaluate salary ranges yearly to ensure we are competitive within the market and will certainly add this feedback to that conversation. We did notice that you mentioned 128 days of PTO and wanted to clarify for all interested job seekers! We offer 128 hours of PTO, 16 days, for full-time employees.
