Pros
Mutiny is a special place for so many reasons, some being: - The product is very strong. I’ve worked in the web optimization space for many years, and the product is what first caught my attention about Mutiny. - Our customers are amazing to work with. In addition to being lovely people, they are smart, creative, and push us to keep pushing the bar higher. - Finally, the Mutiny team is the best I’ve ever worked with. Every single person that works at the company is an A-player, but everyone is also no ego. We have a ton of fun together even when things get really busy. I feel really supported, but also challenged and inspired to do my best possible work. We also have killer quarterly offsites :)
Cons
It’s hard to call a con because I specifically wanted to be working hard at this point in my career, but we do work very hard and if you’re looking for a 9-5 job this probably isn’t the place for you. If you want to work on an amazing product, be challenged and reach your full potential (and then keep reaching), while being surrounded by truly good humans who are very fun and a little weird (in a good way), join us!!
