      - Colleagues -- fun bunch of people, super smart - Culture -- quirky and fun, we truly live out our value of "make work feel like play" - Building from scratch -- very cool opportunity to join an early-stage startup and build from the ground up!

      Seemed to good to be true...but it is real!

      -competitive salary -I wanted to literally hangout with everyone I met during the interview -direct company vision -many tools to set you up for success (e.g. sales roles) -there is no pointing fingers when things go wrong, its all hands on deck to solve

      Cons

      -interview process was lengthy, but not necessarily a bad thing!
