      Pros

      - the team is made of folks with high-standards coupled with low-egos, which makes for an extremely collaborative work environment - the product is amazing - it feels great to work for a company building a world-class product

      Cons

      -fast paced environment, and employees work with a lot of ambiguity - but for someone who is looking to be part of the building stages of a start-up, this is really exciting and fun

      - thoughtful interview process and thorough onboarding - culture of enthusiasm and positivity - welcoming to new teammates - unlimited PTO and remote-working policy

      - very well organized with amazing leadership across the board (rare) - very solid pay with realistic and attainable goals - awesome team camaraderie and culture

      Cons

      - not a con, but not a place if you prefer blending in and hiding in shadows- this is not the place for you, the company is very collaborative and is not dominated by a few large personalities
