Pros
Work environment is friendly. There is a wonderful open-door policy for most questions that need answering (especially for entry-level). Co-workers are dependable and everyone pulls their own weight. A great place to work if you have a creative mind and the work ethic to boot in the tech industry. The benefits Mvix provides are great as well with a great health care provider and matching 401k. Overall a good introduction for people wanting to get into the corporate world.
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but there's a lack of actual training. You get the bare minimum of how your department works for entry level positions but other than that your on your own. If your somewhat new to the world of tech, in most cases you have to look up the How-To's and are expected to. Also, upper management stresses that you need ambition and and show initiative in the beginning stages to the point where some might get a bit intimidated. If your life has revolved around PCs and you enjoy it, this probably wouldn't be an issue to most, but for the non tech-savvy who want to get their feet wet, be prepared to do an extra bit of homework. Although they do understand if you are a budding tech geek and are unsure on most topics and voice your questions, your co-workers will happily lend a hand.
