Paid weekly. Like a temp agency.

Cons

Insanely crazy split-shifts. Nobody in management has transportation background. Lip service only to safety and training. According to employee handbook 39 hours and below is "part-time" with a split-shift. Untrustworthy management. Uses a temp agency for payroll, so it appears to the government and loan companies you are a temp employee. Cult-like company culture.
