Pros
Commission has become good over 2020, Family work environment, Management spends time to make sure you know what your doing. I been with the company for over 3 years and the culture has turned into a very positive place. My GM and DM are great when in the past it had not been so.

Work can be stressful at times, lower staffed stores makes it hard when someone calls out
