Pros

Customers will come to you because of trust and knowledge. If store does well then you also get extra bonus. A Lot of opportunity to make commission with everything you sell. You really have to be strategic and ensure customers are happy and not canceling service. There is a lot of room to improve and rank up as long as you are good in sales and know what you are doing.

Cons

Customers angry or false acquisitions because of Authorized Dealer.
